The Automatic Palletization Line was designed and built to transfer the final product from the blanking area to the stacking area where it is then collected by the stacker which ensures that the stacked unit is ready for shipment.

The discs are stacked without damaging the product and and once the maximum stack height is reached, the frame rotates of 180° to make it accessible to the automatically operated 5-axis robot which places it on a pallet.

The whole operation takes place on a continuous cycle, without the machine stopping, minimizing production time.
