The Die-Flipping Device has been designed and manufactured to facilitate maintenance and correction of blanking dies.
It consists of two main parts:
The Die-Tilting head holds the upper half and flips it.
The Lifting Platform receives the die and transfers it via special mechanisms under the table.
There are also standard and emergency stop features that do not allow restart without an intentional trigger, further increasing the safety of the device.
