The SAMIS Disc Cutting Line represents a valid alternative to the Disc Blanking Line.
The cutting device is inserted in the processing line that can be implemented with the same accessories as our other lines. The particularity of this technology lies in the rotation of the two blades on the pre-cut square sheet or coil, resulting in the desired diameter disc.
Its many advantages make it a cost-effective and equally high-performance alternative to the classic Blanking Line.

INEXPENSIVE
Since no press is involved in the process, the cutting line has lower manufacture and production costs as well as lower die and maintenance costs.

FLEXIBLE
It is easily customizable to the desired disc diameter by simply adjusting the distance between the blades, making any production change quicker and easier.

AUTOMATIC
This device automatically cuts discs of the desired diameter without any intervention by the operator, whose only task is to supervise the process via the PLC outside the safety barriers.
