The SAMIS Automatic Blanking line is designed and built to blank discs from coils. It is a unique system engineered to work on both stainless steel and aluminum. It minimizes scrap waste by working on the whole width of the coil and reduces the excessive dies costs and their over-use.

COMPLETE
Composed of cradle, decoiler, straightener, feeder, press, die changing device, scrap shears and a stacking unit in its most basic configuration, it provides full product production while leaving open the possibility of implementation during the design phase or later on.

UNIQUE
The shifting coil technology allows minimum waste of material and maximize the blanking space. It is designed to execute two movements, the coil feeding and the transversal shifting, making it an efficient, low waste and unique machine.

The possibility to use any coil and die of any size and width makes it the most flexible option on the market.
