The PROGE98 automatic punching system is specifically designed to semi-automatically pierce the pot body.
Its power and flexibility allow for the simultaneous punch of two holes on bodies of steel or alloys like aluminium and copper. The punching happens through a hydraulic system attached to the machine’s structure for easy regulation of the work pressure.
Furthermore, thanks to the punching machine PROGE98 it’s possible to recover already riveted articles, punching in axis the rivet already riveted, to save the handle and/or pot depending on the riveting defect. In case of completely wrong riveting, this machine can be used to separate the two elements (handle / pot) – to recover and recycle the materials.
