– 1999 – Proge 01 – Automatic riveting machine
The most powerful machine in its field; easily customizable, it is equipped with automatic devices that reduce human error to the minimum and allow non-specialized personnel to work in absolute safety.
– 2000 – Proge 51 – Automatic lipping machine
Simple and versatile machine, CE certified, it allows for different kinds of deformations of the pan ensuring high levels of productivity.
– 2001 – Proge 11 – Automatic riveting machine
The smallest and fastest riveting machine on the market; it does not require to be handled by specialized personnel and it is manufactured with high quality components that guarantee durability.
– 2006 – Hydraulic arm for the riveting process
It is a robotic arm on which riveting grippers are installed; in this way it becomes possible to rivet components of various shapes, not sacrificing high productivity levels. The arm’s flexibility allows for the use in the riveting of industrial machines’ frames and vans, of pots’ handles, the insertion of inserts in different components or the junction of elements on metal sheets.
– 2007 – PT 110 – Multi-station linear welding machine
Modular machine utilised to weld goujons onto aluminium or bindings onto stainless steel. It is easily customizable and can be equipped with single or double working series.
– 2009 – Disk decoration system
Innovative system for the photographic decoration of disks; it guarantees high production levels and a high-vibrancy of the colour applied.
